Hello to all of you, I would like to announce a special up-coming event.
On Friday, September 26, Le Bistrot du Maître will welcome Juan Ballester Carbonell, winemaker and owner of Clos Mont-Blanc. For the occasion, our chef, Luc Champagne, has prepared a five-course menu to complement the excellent wines from this Spanish winery.
The evening will be hosted by Maxime Caron, sommelier at Le Maître, and Mr. Ballester Carbonell will explain each wine and its history. The evening begins at 5:30 p.m. and the price for the meal and wine pairing is $155 per person. Dessert will be complimentary. Space is limited, so reserve your spot quickly.
We will accept up to 80 people for this event. All reservations must be made through Francois Meilleur by email at fmeilleur@clublink.ca or by phone at 819-425-9888 ext 224.
Once again, this weeks Pasta Bar is completely booked between 5:00 and 8:00pm, we still have places left for those who enjoy a late diner (after 8:00 pm).
Our next Friday buffet will be held next Friday September 5th. It will be a Surf and Turf BBQ buffet. If you are interested, please reserve early, as we are victims of the Friday night’s success. The next ones will be held on September 12th and 19th.
A reminder that we are open for breakfast, from Thursday to Sunday, from 7;00 am to 10:30am. Comme enjoy our wonderful selection. But in September we will serve the breakfast on Saturday and Sunday only, starting on the 5th and 6th
