Turf

29 MAY 2026

The past week has been very satisfying for our teams. Several major, long-awaited projects have finally been completed, and progress on the courses is proceeding according to schedule, considering cooler spring temperatures and conditions.

Bridge at Hole No. 9 in La Bête

The bridge project at Hole No. 9 in La Bête is now nearly complete. The area has been secured, and we have also decided to slightly modify the cart path to make access safer for everyone.

We are now awaiting the cart asphalt surfacing work before we can fully open the hole. Turf will also be laid to complete the project under better conditions.

Pumping station at La Bête

The new pumping station is now ready to be put into service. We will finally be able to water the course properly.

Since the start of the season, the turf has been largely at the mercy of Mother Nature, who collaborated well. Despite this significant challenge, the course has done well so far, and we are pleased with its progress.

With the irrigation system now working, we can now proceed with repairs to areas affected by affected by grubs.

Daily Course Maintenance

During the week, fertilizer and wetting agents were applied to both courses to optimize the health and quality of the turf.

A preventive treatment against grubs will be carried out next week on both courses.

The verticut of the tees is now complete on the Maître course, and work will continue on the Le Maitre fairways over the next few days.

Aeration of the greens at La Bête

Please note that the aeration of the greens at La Bête will take place on Tuesday, June 2, and Wednesday, June 3.

Work will be carried out on 9 holes per morning to minimize the impact on your playing experience. This operation, which is essential to the health of the greens, will be done in such a way to minimize its impact on your round of golf.

Please note that the greens aeration at Le Maître is planned for June 16 and 17.

The Waterfalls at Le Maître

As you may have noticed, we are experiencing issues with our new pump for the waterfalls at Le Maître. The pump runs for a short period of 10 to 20 minutes and then shuts off. We are taking the necessary steps to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Thank you for your continued support,
