Update - Food and Beverage Service
With the objective of improving our Food and Beverage operations I am happy to welcome Francois Meilleur to Le Maitre/La Bête’s management team in the position of Clubhouse and hospitality manager.
Francois, who brings a great deal of experience and who previously worked for ClubLink at Islesmere GC for 8 years, will work closely with the kitchen staff, and with Sebastien and the service staff.
As we continuously look for ways to get better i am confident that Francois's addition will have a very positive impact on that important service of the club.
