Pace of play
With the end of the season approaching, the days are getting shorter, which means fewer golfers have the chance to complete 18 holes.
To maximize your chances of playing a full round when teeing off in the afternoon, here are a few suggestions to speed up play:
- At the start of hole #1, your foursome should decide to play ‘ready golf,’ meaning you can swing even if it's not your turn according to the rules.
- Make a conscious effort to walk/move faster than usual.
- Be ready to play when it's your turn!
- No more 3 practice swings before each shot!
- Be generous with gimmies
- Your goal should be to play each hole at least one minute faster than usual.
Tee times
In the same vein, with high demand for tee times and a reduced number of golfers able to play 18 holes holes before dark, if you need to cancel a tee times, please do so in advance so that other members can take advance so that other members can take advantage of it.
Practice range deck
Please note that we will be on the grass this weekend for the last time season. Repair and seeding work will be done on the practice range grass deck to optimize the recovery of the surface for the 2026 season.
