We are proud to announce the nomination of Julie Beaulieu as Executive Chef of Le Maître.

Julie is a native of St-Adolphe d'Howard who moved to the region in 2004.

She began her career as sous-chef at La Forge Grill de Tremblant. Her passion only grew, and in 2007, she opened the restaurant Chez Milly's in the old village as chef for over 6 years. She also developed the catering service.

Julie went on to become a catering chef for over 7 years at sEb l'artisan culinaire.

For the past 3 years, she has been sous-chef at Le Maître. She has demonstrated her passion, organization, and positivism. For Julie, it's imperative that the kitchen be a happy place with happy team members enjoying their work.

Julie has always been driven to create exciting dishes and to enhance the more traditional options.
