- 8:30 a.m. Arrival and registration at King Valley Golf Club
- 8:30 a.m. Breakfast
- 10 a.m. Shotgun start (scramble format)
- 3 p.m. Shootout for overall winner (if necessary)
- 3:30 p.m. Reception, entertainment, silent auction, dinner, prize presentation and “locker room chat” with the celebrities
