With sunlight getting shorter by the day and the temperatures getting cooler, we're entering the last part of the season. We're already quietly preparing the course for winter, which will arrive sooner than we'd like. There are still a few cultural operations to be carried out on both courses.

In the next few days, at Le Maître, sod will be laid at N012 new tee box, immediately after we will move to the construction of the forward tee at N013. The application of fungicides against cold-weather diseases to prevent microdochium nival. This disease develops into snow mold during snow cover. Snow mold is one of those diseases that is particularly destructive in our northern climate.

At La Bête, aeration of the fairways will begin in the next few days. Here too, fungicides will be on our to-do list. Tree and shrub cleaning will begin. With the cooler weather and the risk of frost on the ground, this kind of work is ideal.
