Turf
02 OCT 2026
We are now in one of the most beautiful times of fall, with the trees taking on their full fall colors and temperatures still very mild.
However, September was particularly dry compared to the rest of the season. We had little rainfall, plenty of sunshine, and winds that quickly dried out the turf. As a result, we had to water more than usual for this time of year to maintain playing conditions and the health of the turf.
Tee Leveling Project
We have completed the first phase of tee leveling on both courses. Additional tees will be leveled over the next few days.
We will continue using the same method: surface preparation, leveling, and soil preparation, followed by soding the following week. This work will improve the quality and uniformity of numerous tee areas.

Fairway Aeration
Aeration of the fairways on the Maître course is now nearly complete. We will have a few areas left to finish over the next week, as well as cleaning up the debris left by this operation.
Afterward, the surfaces will be able to recover gradually and continue their natural preparation for winter.
Draining the Irrigation System
Starting October 9, we will shut down the irrigation system for the season.
A compressor will be used to force air into the pipes and flush water out of the system. This operation is essential to reduce the risk of freezing damage during the winter.
You may therefore see some sprinklers pop up and operate unusually during these days. This is simply a normal part of the system flushing procedure.
