Ideas on Booking and information on tee sheet Member Prioritization
When submitting your ballot request, it is important to keep the following in mind:
- Always include the names of all players in your group;
- If possible allow a 2-hour window for your tee time and indicate your preferred tee time
- Prioritize the course or time if you are requesting more than one course
Course: Le Maître
Monday through Thursday*, our reservation times are:
Home Club: all day, possible to host 3 CL members / guests
Friday, our reservation times are:
Home Club: Open to 11:00 a.m.; possible to host 3 CL members / guests
Home Club 1 to 1 : 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM; 1 member with 1 CL member / guest
Home Club Only: 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM; Members only
Home Club: after 2:30 PM until closing; member with 3 CL members / guests
Saturday and Sunday (and holidays) reservation times are:
Home Club 1 to 1 : open to 8:00 a.m. … 1 member with 1 Cl member / guest
Home Club: 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. … members only
Home Club 1 to 1: 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM … 1 member with 1 CL member / guest
Home Club: 1:00 PM until closing … members with 3 CL member / guests
Like at every ClubLink club there is a limited amount of tee times made available to non-home club members for reciprocal play. All restrictions are lifted 48 hours before the day of play to make unused tee times available to all members.
- Please note that Thursdays feature cross-over tee times for member events: Ladies’ Day in the morning and Men’s Night in the afternoon. There is some availability in the morning before Ladies’ Day or in the afternoon after Men’s Night. Please complete your tee time ballot accordingly.
Course: La Bête
Tee times are prioritized for members every day before 11:00 a.m., at which time three CL members or guests are permitted. Access for the public and other ClubLink members is guided until after 11:00 a.m.
All restrictions are lifted 72 hours before the day of play to make unused tee times available to all members and guests.
