Project update
The Construction Tremblant group, creator of the Maître-en-Haut vision hereby wish to provide Le Maître and La Bête members with an update on the project.
New service road
In order to minimise the number of trucks accessing the site through Grande Allée and that for the entire duration of the project, a service road with direct access on rue Labelle (North of Le Maître entrance) is presently under construction.
However, for the duration of the construction of the service road and the installation of municipal services beneath, some trucks will have to access the site using the entrance section of Grande Allée.
Work schedule: ±2 weeks in July and 3 weeks in August (no works during the construction holiday weeks)
Water and sewer
Installation of the water and sewer conducts for the Longchamp Phase 1 project (semi detached units) will begin this summer.
Work schedule: August 6 to October 2023 Residential homes’ construction
Longchamp project will be very similar in terms of concept and architecture to the 360 sur le Maître project (however, exterior colors will be completely new). Construction of the first 16 units will begin this coming fall.
Work schedule: Beginning of construction: September 2023 Unit deliveries: May to August 2024
Sports facilities
Le Maître-en-Haut will feature among other sports facilities the 12 exterior tennis courts, the driving range and practice holes.
However, for the duration of the Longchamp construction, they will be accessible only from Chemin Champagne. In the future, they will also be accessible via pedestrian and bike trails or cart paths.
The indoor tennis court project is progressing but is not overseen directly by Construction Tremblant group. They will keep you informed of the evolution.
