Please be advised that the clubhouse restaurant hours and menu offerings will be modified starting Monday August 7.
With Chef Alex Lepage absent on medical leave for the foreseeable future and other staffing challenges in the kitchen these changes have become necessary.
Food and beverage service will continue to be offered every day starting at 11am. On Mondays and Tuesdays, the full service will be available until 6h30pm followed by the bar service up until 7h30pm. From Wednesdays to Sundays the full service will be available until 9pm and bar service until 10pm.
In addition to the bistro menu that will be enhanced and available every day we will also continue with the dining room menu on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We are happy to have current Sous chef Julie Beaulieu who previously worked at Seb and was the head chef at Milly’s lead the kitchen team.
We wish Alex a speedy and full recovery and thank our members for your support and understanding.
