Restaurant Closing Hours & Responsible Alcohol Service
We are delighted to see our members enjoying the clubhouse bistro, dining room, and terrace. The social atmosphere of the clubhouse is an important part of the Le Maître experience, and we sincerely appreciate your continued patronage. We are always looking for ways to enhance the member experience and encourage greater use of these facilities.
At the same time, we are committed to providing a safe, welcoming environment and ensuring responsible alcohol service for all members and guests. To help achieve this, we would like to clarify the regular operating hours of the clubhouse restaurant.
Unless otherwise communicated for a special event or function, the restaurant's last call will be at 11:00 p.m. This allows our service team sufficient time to complete closing duties so the clubhouse can be secured by 12:00 midnight.
From time to time, operating hours may be adjusted due to weather conditions or low clubhouse usage. On such occasions, if the golf course is clear and the clubhouse is no longer occupied, the restaurant may close earlier, typically once play has concluded or at sunset.
Thank you for making Le Maître your gathering place. We want every member to enjoy the clubhouse, create lasting memories with family and friends, and conclude each visit safely. We also appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a professional, respectful, and enjoyable environment for both our members and our staff.
Kitchen
Members are asked not to enter the kitchen. If you would like to speak with Luc or a member of the kitchen staff, please ask the employee on duty in the front of the house to relay your message to the kitchen. This is to ensure a safe environment for both you and the kitchen staff.
