Hello to all our members, our food & beverage staff are very excited and happy to see you all again, for the 25th anniversary season at Le Maitre.
Chef Luc and his team are back, with many new items on the menu, as well as our classics. Our exceptional breakfasts will be back again this year. They will be served from Friday to Sunday, starting at 7:00 am to 10:30 am, starting Friday June 5th, to the end of September.
The dining room and Bistro bar, as well as the halfway house, will be opening from the start of the season, on May 14th.
The halfway house will open 30 minutes before the first tee time and close at 5:00 p.m. We’ve prettied up the space to create a more efficient workspace and some cheerful colors. We’ve also updated the menu selection with a focus on freshness and made-to-order experience.
The dining room and Bistro Bar will also open on Thursday May 14th, from 11:00am to 9pm. Our regular schedule will see the kitchen open until 8:00pm every night, and 9:00 pm during summer hours, it could be open later some nights when the place is hoping. Note that golf course play especially on days where the weather is unfavorable for golf, the restaurant could close earlier. A communication will be sent out when, or if this happens.
