Turf

12 SEP 2025

Over the past few days, several minor repairs have been carried out to ensure the health of our courses and maintain an optimal playing experience.

On the La Bête course, we aerated the greens using solid tines. This practice involves lightly perforating the soil surface to allow for better air and water circulation, thereby promoting deep root development and turf density. Subsequently, fertilization was carried out on all greens and fairways to stimulate grass vigor and growth. We also completed divot repairs on the fairways to keep the playing surface uniform and pleasant.

On the Le Maître course, core removal aeration on the fairways was initiated. This technique, which removes small ¾ in. cores of soil, improves the structure of the soil, reduces compaction, and facilitates the absorption of nutrients and water. As on La Bête, fertilization was applied to the fairways and greens to support turf health. Manual removal of crabgrass has also been undertaken around the greens to limit the presence of this weed and improve the quality of the playing surfaces.

Finally, on the infrastructure side, the wood specially ordered for the reconstruction of the bridges on holes 11 and 12 has now Turf_1.jpg (4032×3024)

We thank you for your understanding and patience during these essential operations. This maintenance is necessary to enhance the quality of our courses and ensure an optimal playing experience.

Happy golfing, everyone!
