Turf

11 JUL 2025

Finally, I can inform you that the work we started at the first hole tee deck at the beginning of the season was completed this week.

The advanced tee on hole #1 received its new sod this week. The bentgrass on the hitting deck  as well as the bluegrass around it.

The damage caused by the irrigation break on the tee of hole #14 was also corrected and soded.

On the fairway of hole #8, a large quantity of seed was applied in the area affected by the drought.  Aeration core removal in several sizes was done to better reset that area and help seed establishment. Please limit your access or more importantly drive in the corded area.

Waterfall update

Like you, we would have liked the waterfalls at the clubhouse Le Maitre to already be enhancing our decor, but unfortunately, we will have to wait longer before we see them in operation. The new pump is on site and ready to be installed, but issues with the power supply from the clubhouse to this new pump continue to cause delays.

In order to accelerate the project, we have now changed subcontractors. This new local contractor has already come to reassess the situation and is about to propose his solutions to us. We will update you as soon as we receive more news on this matter.

Upcoming maintenance

  • Fertilization of tall grass
  • Grub treatment
  • Fairway seeding
