Greetings to you all, it is my pleasure to finally arrive at the start of the 2025 season. We have worked very hard through the spring to rebuild our kitchen and service staff, to find the personnel that will meet your needs and expectations. They are very enthusiastic about meeting you all and getting to serve you all. They are mostly new to the club, so I will ask you for some patience and comprehension at the start of the season, I am sure they will quickly adjust and serve you well.
I would also like to thank you for your response to our Mother’s Day brunch, our 10:00 am service is full, but we still have room for the 1:00 pm service. Chef Luc is very happy to prepare his first event for you all and has been working hard with his team, to prepare an excellent meal for this occasion.
