From the Everglades to the Atlantic
29 NOV 2018
After many years at Heron Bay enjoying the charms of the Coral Springs Marriott adjacent to ClubLink’s Heron Bay Golf Club, our Florida Pro Am participants will be looking over the Atlantic Ocean instead of the Florida Everglades this year. Some of the participants have already boarded their flights to get down early for the five-day Pro Am starting Sunday, December 2 at Woodlands Country Club West. The tournament wraps up next Thursday, December 6 at Eagle Trace, with rounds along the way at Parkland Golf and Country Club, Osprey Point Golf Club and Palm Aire Country Club.
"After many fun editions at Heron Bay, we decided a little salt air would be good for our golfers this year,” said Scott Reycraft, Manager of Events for ClubLink. "We have picked up the host site and moved 22 kilometres east and dropped it on the Gold Coast. Golf, competition and fun are always the backbone of these destination events, but we can add an additional layer of new experiences by bringing our Members to the Florida coast."
